2. Professional Services Disclaimer

Bad Witch Beauty provides professional sugaring, skincare, and esthetic services for cosmetic and personal care purposes. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, skin sensitivities, and other factors that may affect their treatment. Certain conditions or medications may make specific services unsuitable.

While we strive to provide safe, high-quality treatments, individual results may vary. Temporary redness, sensitivity, irritation, or other skin reactions may occur following treatment.

Bad Witch Beauty reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline a service when necessary to protect the health and safety of our clients and staff.

If you have concerns about a medical condition or whether a treatment is appropriate for you, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before booking.

3. Booking & Cancellation

  • Clients must be at least 18 years old to book. Clients under the age of 18 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to receiving services. Certain treatments may have additional age restrictions.

  • Cancellations require at minimum a 12-hour notice. We’d appreciate as much notice as you can provide.

  • Appointments canceled outside our designated cancellation window or missed without notice are subject to a fee equal to 75% of the full scheduled service price.

    By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy and authorize Bad Witch Beauty to charge the applicable fee to the payment method on file, where permitted by law and the payment authorization provided at booking.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment

  • Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered unless otherwise specified. Bad Witch Beauty accepts approved payment methods through our designated payment processing system.

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored unless the client requests additional services or modifications.

Service Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our services, completed sugaring and skincare treatments are generally non-refundable. Client satisfaction is important to us, and we encourage clients to contact us promptly if they have concerns about their experience. All concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Retail Products

  • Returns and exchanges of retail products are subject to Bad Witch Beauty's current return policy. Products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly provided will be reviewed for an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Cancellation & No-Show Fees

  • Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to a fee equal to 75% of the full scheduled service price, as outlined in our Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Payment Disputes

  • If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at hello@badwitchbeauty.com so we can review the transaction and work toward an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All content on this website is the intellectual property of Bad Witch Beauty, unless otherwise credited. This includes, but is not limited to, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, video, photographs, and any combination or compilation of these elements (the “Content”).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this Website and its Content for personal, non-commercial use only, in accordance with these Terms of Use.
